Some Interesting 2004 Facts

• We were open for only 26 hours over the 3 day Festival

• During that 26 hours-

• We cooked over 8,500 pounds of crawfish (that's an average of 330 lbs. an hour)

•  (that's approx. 175,000 big mudbugs!!) 

• We cooked over 2,000 ears of corn 

• We cooked over 4,000 potatoes 

• We cooked over 250 pounds of sausage 

•  We used 260 pounds of seasoning 

• We cooked 15 pounds of mushrooms 

• We cooked 30 pounds of brussel sprouts 

• Over 100 pounds of bbq was grilled

• Over 30 kegs was served (that's over 5,500 cups)

• Over 3,000 people were served plates
