
Some Interesting 2004 Facts
We were open for only 26 hours over the 3 day Festival
During that 26 hours-
We cooked over 8,500 pounds of crawfish (that's an average of 330 lbs. an hour)
(that's approx. 175,000 big mudbugs!!)
We cooked over 2,000 ears of corn
We cooked over 4,000 potatoes
We cooked over 250 pounds of sausage
We used 260 pounds of seasoning
We cooked 15 pounds of mushrooms
We cooked 30 pounds of brussel sprouts
Over 100 pounds of bbq was grilled
Over 30 kegs was served (that's over 5,500 cups)
Over 3,000 people were served plates
